Dating back to the 1960s sees the starting point for Spanish sisters Maria and Teresa Ripoll, in the design industry and by the ’70s they established their own massively successful company that brought the most exquisite garments to the Mother of the Bride and Groom collections. After Maria passed away in 1998, Teresa Ripoll continued to run the business as a family business and carried on creating timelessly classic and elegant dresses using a sweeping pleat to our advantage, both bold and pastel colour’s much to our delight and breathtaking dresses to our joy. Before passing, Maria worked with the renowned French couture houses Jean Patou and Pierre Cardin, studying pattern making techniques and designs based in Paris and both sisters utilised these skills by making dresses with so much designer elegance and beautiful detailing, that by 2002 Teresa expanded into Europe then in 2010, expanding internationally, followed on by her breathtaking wedding dress collection in 2014 and the opening of the Atelier in Barcelona in 2017.
The simple elegance of each piece made, and the passion for fashion, can be felt throughout each and every Teresa Ripoll creation, captivating the experience of a lifetime in every stitch making you feel confident, bold, feminine, classy, sophisticated and elegant on a special day.
